Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen items to cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed with care and shipped from Ipswich, Queensland, Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and are estimated at checkout. Most Australian orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns on eligible full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
