At Mouse House Collective, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. Our goal is to ensure your treasures arrive safely and ready to become part of your little world.

Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During new product launches, promotional periods and seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted shipping partners, including Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Estimated delivery times:

• South East Queensland: 1–3 business days
• Major metropolitan areas: 2–6 business days
• Regional areas: 3–10 business days
• Remote locations: 5–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather events, public holidays, peak periods and carrier delays.

Local collection is available from our Ipswich location.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a collection notification email.

Please bring your order confirmation email or proof of purchase when collecting your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Mouse House Collective cannot be responsible for delays, losses or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.
