Meet the Maileg Reindeer Family: Discover Their Little Woodland World
There's something rather charming about the newest residents of the Mouse House.
Meet the Maileg Reindeer family from the FW26 Woodland Friends collection, available in Australia at Mouse House Collective.
With their beautiful fabrics, gentle expressions and lovely woodland character, Father, Mother and Little Sister Reindeer look right at home together.
But Little Sister has a little surprise waiting for us — her very own Forest Cabin, complete with a cosy place to sleep.
Come and meet the family!
Meet the Reindeer Family
Father Reindeer is the tallest of the family at 20 cm, followed by Mother Reindeer at 19 cm and Little Sister at 17 cm.
To put their sizes into perspective, even Little Sister stands a little taller than the familiar Maileg Dad Mouse, who measures approximately 15 cm.
We love seeing the family standing together, especially the different fabrics and little details that give each character their own personality.
And rather than just telling you about them, we've brought everyone together in a Reel!

Little Sister's Secret Forest Cabin
Now, this is where things get rather clever.
Little Sister Reindeer arrives with her own beautifully patterned suitcase. But it's not just somewhere to keep her belongings.
Open the doors and you'll discover a tiny woodland home!
Inside, there's a pull-out sofa bed, a knitted blanket and a woven rug, all designed to make Little Sister feel right at home.
The sofa is perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the forest, and when bedtime arrives, it simply pulls out into a cosy little bed.
Everything tucks neatly away again, ready for the next adventure.
It's such a lovely example of the thoughtful little details that make Maileg so special.
Just How Big Is the Forest Cabin?
The Forest Cabin measures 16 cm high × 17 cm wide × 8 cm deep.
It's a compact little hideaway designed for Little Sister rather than a house for the entire family.
A Few Little Things Worth Knowing
Unlike some Maileg mice, the Reindeer family doesn't have magnetic paws, so bear that in mind if you're hoping to use magnetic accessories.
And although reindeer might make you think of Christmas, these little woodland friends aren't just for the festive season.
We can imagine Little Sister enjoying a woodland picnic, visiting the Fox Brothers or spending a rainy afternoon tucked up in her Forest Cabin.
There's a whole little world of stories waiting to be told.
Welcome the Reindeer Family to Your Mouse House
Whether you're adding to an existing Maileg collection or discovering these woodland characters for the first time, the Reindeer family brings something rather special.
And we think Little Sister's Forest Cabin might just steal the show!
